Promac Steelguard™ liquid galvanised coating is a single pack matt zinc rich primer and / or final coat which gives outstanding corrosion resistance due to cathodic protection.

This product will cover approximately 2.5 m² per kg.

Apply one coat Promac Steelguard™ by brush, roller or spray. To be used in a ventilated area. Stir well with a flat paddle or a paddle mixer drill bit until homogenous mass is achieved. The thickness should be adapted according to standard galvanising ASTM-A123 WFT: 75-100 µm, DFT: 25-35 µm at a spreading rate of 2.5 m² per kg. Ambient air affects and determines the drying process, so the time will vary according to the humidity level & temperature.

Clean all tools while wet with mineral turpentine after use.
