Promac Plasterlock: Keying agent for cement

Promac Plasterlock is a ready-to-use plaster key with excellent bonding strength, water resistance and flexibility, providing shrink and crack free benefits when mixed with cementitious plasters.

As a bonding agent: Apply 1 coat undiluted by brush, roller or spray to stabilise friable cementitious surfaces and recoat after 15-20 min (whilst still tacky). Allow to dry for at least 4 hours before applying the paint system (or 7 days for solvent based paints). As a keying agent: use as a water replacement to dry cementitious/plaster powder. For optimum performance; increase the amount of Promac Plasterlock to water ratio. It may replace water use completely. Allow to cure for 14 days before priming.

As a bonding liquid & dependent on surface porosity, this product will cover approximately 8 - 10m2 per litre per coat.

Clean all tools (brush, roller or spray) with water and/or Promac Brush Cleaner after use.
